Sliding Scale Fee Program

If you have no insurance and you're not sure that you can afford therapy, please take the time to review our Sliding Scale Fee Program.  It could be the right fit for you.  At Oasis of Hope Therapy, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay and there is a discounted / sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income!

There is a simple application process: 

• Complete the Sliding Scale application form.
• Provide proof of your income (all members of the household).
• We will review the information and advise you of your therapy fees based on our Sliding Scale Fee Schedule.
