Payment Options

There are several different ways to pay for therapy with Oasis of Hope Therapy.  Please contact us if you have specific questions or concerns about your own ability to pay.

• Insurance benefits - we are in network with most insurance plans available in our area.  If we are in your network, your insurance company will identify your payment responsibility which may include deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, or spend down.  While we do not set these charges, we are obligated to honor them by virtue of our in-network contracts.
• Direct payments are received through credit card processing, check, (or cash - in office only with manager approval)
• Sliding Scale Fee may be available if you have no insurance and do not feel that you can pay our standard fees
• Alternative Payment arrangement may be available if you have decided not to use your insurance due to a high deductible or other constraints.  With the exception of Medicaid plans, it is your right to decide whether you use your existing insurance plan.
• Payment Plans are available for anyone who has a balance due of any amount and is unable to pay the entire amount at the time of services.  Communication is key!  To contact us about your plan to pay, please email: [email protected] to get set up on a payment plan for your remaining balance.   As long as you communicate, your sessions will not be interrupted for non-payment.
• Care Credit is also available as a payment option!
